I am writing to share a recent and bad experience regarding a scheduled appointment with this notary. My appointment was unexpectedly changed approximately 9:14 am prior to the scheduled time of 10 am specifically while I was en route to the office. Upon my arrival at the location, 15 minutes ahead of schedule, I was subsequently informed via text that the appointment had been rescheduled for 1 pm. Adriana, my gf had a child traveling consent form she needed notarized and she used a mobile notary service that did not disclose the cost upfront and charged her 200$ afterwards. I wish we had gone to you.
