These people have been taking advantage of the Charleston community. From what I know they reside over on Bogard Street and everyone knows they came from NY where they used to take advantage of people there. Don’t trust these lawyers, they have always taken advantage of a lot of people. I heard they have screwed over a disabled war veteran. This is sad and even more so because I live in the same community as them.
For the disabled veteran that got conned out of $9500. Know that you can download the EOIR-44 form from immigration website and report Claire Xidis for being unethical and not communicating with you or your spouse properly and report her lies and that she was unable to do the proper steps with the DS 160’s on the new platform and never sent them to state department like she claimed she did, make sure you attach any evidence claiming she did, she will get investigated, also the scbar.org. will do the same especially for bein... read more

Be extra careful with Torres Lawfirm in Charleston, SC. They have taken $9,500 dollars from a good friend, a dedicated war veteran has been taken advantage.
