I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others know what to expect. Unfortunately, this was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional massage experiences I’ve ever had. Throughout the appointment, the therapist swore constantly and engaged in highly inappropriate conversations rather than focusing on providing a relaxing treatment. I'd love to give more stars - the massage was great and she clearly knew her stuff. However, the premises were really quite dirty, particularly the floor which of course you stare at when face down, as well as her grubby trainers. A lot of dust, cobwebs and dirt and maybe mouse poo on the floor. For this reason I wouldn't return, which is a shame as the massage was good.
A session with Jules gave my back a range of motion I had not had in years! Jules is highly skilled, knows exactly what to do and got right into the trouble areas. Amazing.
Julie-Anne was incredible. She really does get into the sore spots and is so knowledgeable about the body. I will definitely return.
Amazing experience. I went for a remedial and sports injury, Jul simply good at her service. Professional approach, advice and therapy. She has made the entire session enjoyable with good music, chat and jokes while maintaining her professionalism. Fair pricing with good care. Highly recommended. Jul will be my permanent therapist hereafter.
