Reading a lot of the other reviews, I can see that I'm not alone in my experience with this store. I ordered a number of items from their website. More than a week after the order was placed, I was told (by Kara) there was a glitch on the website which showed incorrect stock numbers. Within 7 min of receiving the email, I advised the course of action to be taken (ie: a refund would need to be provided to me for the items they didn't have in stock). Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered an Alemais top in Jan for pre order end of Jan. It has now been 3 months and I have heard nothing from the store. I have contacted them numerous times via multiple emails, called the store, messaged through their website and Instagram and have had zero communication back. Bad customer service. I’m waiting for my order already 6 weeks. Nothing is happening. Now I’m waiting for my refund; same! Very slow in responding. Wouldn’t order again. Very disappointing !
Worst customer service ! I wrote them and email and also contacted them on Instagram totally ignored. They have items on sale but after shipping is the same price
A beautiful store with some wonderful brands! After visiting in store numerous times I recently purchased my first item online - I had a few queries on the item which Kara was more than happy to assist with! She went above and beyond to ensure I got the item I was looking for, was lovely to deal with, and as an added bonus delivery was crazy fast - arrived within 48 hours! Thank you Kara and team x
