Reading a lot of the other reviews, I can see that I'm not alone in my experience with this store. I ordered a number of items from their website. More than a week after the order was placed, I was told (by Kara) there was a glitch on the website which showed incorrect stock numbers. Within 7 min of receiving the email, I advised the course of action to be taken (ie: a refund would need to be provided to me for the items they didn't have in stock). Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered an Alemais top in Jan for pre order end of Jan. It has now been 3 months and I have heard nothing from the store. I have contacted them numerous times via multiple emails, called the store, messaged through their website and Instagram and have had zero communication back. Bad customer service. I’m waiting for my order already 6 weeks. Nothing is happening. Now I’m waiting for my refund; same! Very slow in responding. Wouldn’t order again. Very disappointing !
