Very unprofessional, no care for the customers whatsoever.
I had a terrible experience with Fazal and this car rental company. He was unreliable and unprofessional, and their communication was frustrating at best. They didn’t follow through on anything they promised, and I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing if you have to deal with them—don’t trust anything they say over the phone or in person.
