1 star is too high!! 2 weeks into school and still don't have a permanent driver!!! How do you let someone be on vacation when school has started!!! Severe impact to students with special needs!! They can't wait an hour for the bus to arrive!! It's been like this for the last 2 yrs and no end of sight of any improvements!!! Staff at the company don't care!!!!

5 work days after the school confirmed our children's application was sent, they still couldn't assign a bus. I checked today the bus was only half full. No reason was given, only "working on it".

I'm a crossing guard in downtown Toronto. Today, and on other occasions, school bus drivers have gone through red lights and ignored my stop sign. By going through red lights, your drivers put your bus at a much higher chance of collision. Not only are your drivers failing to yield to a crossing guard, which could result in a $1000 fine, they also refuse to cooperate and learn basic road safety.
