Toronto Generators contacted me asking me to set up a time with the owner to quote us for a Generac. After numerous emails we set a time and date, Steve shows up at our door, asks questions, takes a look around and promises to have a quote for me that day. A few days later, I contact his office because I hadn't heard anything from him, and his office advises that he has determined the job is too small for him to take on. We needed annual maintenance for our Generac. We called Toronto Generators on a recommendation from our neighbor next door. We were very happy with the whole experience. The work was done on time and at a very reasonable price. Our technician Darshnik, was very thorough, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Michelle and her team in the office were also fantastic. If anyone needs maintenance or service on their Generac, Toronto Generators is the company to call. Thank you again!!
Just installed and it did its first test today. The installation went smoothly. Steve, Michelle and all the team were first rate. I do like that big green light that tells me that all is well.
Muskoka living is to die for: yesterday we had our winter life saver - Generac - serviced by Toronto Generators Inc. We called on short notice as neighbour had a scheduled service booked for that day. This is a very busy time yet we were quickly booked in. I was there for the service. It was meticulous, clean and extremely thorough. The technician was very personable. Obviously we are now signing on for their annual service plan. Keisha our service contact was very personable and helpful. 10/10 rating.
We recently had a Generac whole home generator installed by Toronto Muskoka Generators in Toronto. Everything went pretty smooth. Workers all did their jobs efficiently and especially the electrician Miesha, "man what a worker and smart guy he is," as was Dave and his bearded partner and Corey that did the gas components, Darsh Miesha's apprentice/technician, the 3 fellows that did the trench digging and back-filling it...
