I'm not happy that I paid full service of 80+$ without having anything done just because their doctor deemed my ears clean enough. I understand it's on the contract but there should be a half rate or something for not having to do any cleaning. I came in because I have been having alot of wax recently and ringing ears and the doctor said my ears are clean enough for her to do nothing.
