I specifically made an appointment with them to be sure I would be able to meet with the person who could do a medallion stamp because my mother is in a wheelchair and it’s extremely difficult to get her around. Wow, what incredibly poor service for a bank in a very affluent area. I'm an account holder I'm on my way in to make some very, very large deposits. And I had questions about transfers, I called up as to speak to the manager, they put me on hold for about 3 minutes. The bank isn't that big!...they get back and say the bank manager's not here, They didn't know that when they answered the phone??...only the assistant managers here.
