Unprofessional and disrespectful employees , add on it lazy especially the young ones ar the drive through, except of only one , a middle aged woman They don’t value customers, no courtesy treatment, and when you call the manager, he would not even try fix the problem. Today the employee was not there at the drive through, and when I came she was chewing whatever she was eating, not happy that I interrupted her meal, I had like 25 checks. The ATM machine would not return my credit card after my transaction. The teller and branch manager were unwilling to help in any way and let me know that it would be shredded when retrieved as they can’t verify that I’m the person who owns the card even though the name on the card matches my driver’s license exactly. Last time I’ll be banking here.
