Worst employee ever, I went there for a fraud payment went out from my account instead of helping me out they provide me a number, so I called to that number they provided, but they said it have to fixed through the branch so I went back to the branch and they said they can’t do anything about it, my recommendation for everyone not to go to this branch unless you want to waste your time.

TD is my preferred banking institution and I like them very much. But whoever had the idea to make people have to scan a QR code to put yourself on a list to talk to a representative is beyond stupid and shows when technology is an inconvenience. Stop making your customers scan anything it's dumb
