Mario was kind and professional. Overall great experience, no wait time and things were taken care of quickly
When the bank was at the corner of 109 and broadway it was a very nice environment then a few years ago they moved into a small storefront and it's not customer friendly. The employees are nice but it would be nice to have at least one person who's first language isn't Spanish working at the location.
This has been my local bank branch for six years. The line is always slow, service is always bad. They’ve screwed up important account or transfer details for me twice. It’s such a contrast to every other TD branch I’ve been in. I think about switching banks entirely to avoid this branch.
Marco, a manager, is one of the rudest bank employees I have ever had the misfortune to deal with at TD Bank in the 20 years I have been with them. Ask him for help with something, he will look up from his screen at you with a plain look of annoyance. He like a troll at the gate, looking for a reason why something can't be done. First time, I asked for help transferring funds to a TD Bank in Canada. He said it couldn't it be done and I needed to call that branch.
