I recently had a terrible interaction with staff at the TD And Hollywood Florida. When I say this team, Autumn, Jackson, and Cindy changed my whole perspective. They are amazing and go beyond and above for customers!

Post hours and actual hours are different.
ASM was not helpful—She was not able to open a trust account, when another TD store had no problem. But she had no issues offering to open personal and business credit cards; sounds like the company only wants to service accounts that’ll make them money, that’s clearly what is being incentivized to employees. Teller team is great and always takes good care of customers.
Drive thru is the worst. I deal with 5 other banks in the are and td is the slowest in even acknowledging that you are there waiting.
