Very disappointed. My appointment was scheduled at 2:00 pm, and at 1:33 pm, I got a phone call asking if I can come in at 2:30 pm instead, as the client scheduled before me arrived late. I said no problem and walked in at 2:30 pm instead. At this time I realized they still were not ready for me and they said to wait an additional 5 minutes.
