Friendly and professional!
I was excited to come here but their social media videos show a shaky and unsteady hand. Compared to an ENT/surgeon’s micro suction videos, this seems unusual and is concerning as a patient with multiple ear issues.
The staff and doctors at Toronto Audiology are the best. Last year I suffered sudden hearing loss in one ear. I called them and they said sudden hearing loss requires immediate treatment. They fit me in for an appointment, referred me to a surgeon at Sunnybrook who was able to see & treat me almost immediately & I had a few treatments and several months later a good portion of my hearing returned. They realize the importance of getting treatment quickly and were able to act and get this done. I am most grateful.
Charging $50 for someone to flash a light in your ear for 20 seconds and tell you that your ears are clean is just not fair. I just wished that the amount was mentioned to me before they start checking my ears.
I’ve been a hearing aid wearer since my 20s, and I’m in my 40s now, and this is one of the best hearing clinics I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, provide great info, options, and professional. If you’re having issues with your hearing and need a place to go, the service here is amazing. Always excellent, professional, quality service.
