Zara was super nice and helpful . I booked it for my mom for both pick up and drop off. Pick up was ok but the drop off driver kept playing his cellphone while driving , it was thunderstorms outside super unsafe . My mom had to ask him to focus on driving then he stopped playing phone . Then after 10 mins he stated to listen to radio loudly. It was a 930PM drop off. People may want some rest before the night flight. Very disappointing experience. Too bad because Zara was so nice but driver need more training for sure.

Zara is a star who is so professional and helped me out very last minute. Her calmness and kindness are always appreciated. All drivers are polite and professional - great value for money. It is hard to find good service today however Toronto Airport Limo know how to treat their customers. Call them for a drop off / pick up from the airport/ wedding venue/ all events - you will be happy and feel appreciated as a customer

Our family has used Toronto Airport Limo Service for over 4 years. Communication is always prompt and responsive. The prices are reasonable. We’ve been lucky to have the same driver for each of our trips (Cambridge to YYZ). They ensure that we are kept apprised of driver arrival times and provide suggested time changes based on real time traffic issues. Highly recommend.

The driver arrived on time, was very nicely presented and friendly. The trip to Pearson Airport was smooth, with no issues. I will.use this service again.
