John is awesome. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! I was having problems for over two months before I came – after a couple of sessions, I already see a change. I would recommend Toro to anyone in the area. Update: I’ve been still coming to this gym for a couple of years for personal strength training and it has truly made a difference in my health and recovery. I feel better than I have in years thanks to his guidance. My only wish is that the gym had longer hours—I’d be here even more often!
