John and his team are top notch and have helped me through several different issues over the past couple years!
John designed a program to help me correct 25 years of misaligned movement patterns, which caused intermittent but debilitating pain in my hip that was exacerbated by my pregnancy at 42 years old. He knew how to work with the root of the issue but even more importantly, he listened to my fears and concerns and understood the way I operate as a person. Tim was also excellent at helping me to execute the movements properly. I can’t say enough good things about Toro. I’ve had more pain-free days than I have in years.
John is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with, and it's not even close. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone wanting to reduce pain, increase strength and mobility, and live with a better quality of life to go to Toro.
