I have been going here for 5 years and the staff is absolutely incredible. They are always there to help you and know whats best for your recovery/training. If it is Physical therapy or athletic training they are the absolute best. The gym/equipment is quality and clean.

This place is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The trainers really put a lot of work in to help you with whatever problems your having, and they also helped so much with my strength for sports!

The team at Toro has done a great job of helping me create and sustain an active lifestyle. I first started going over three years ago due to shoulder and knee pain. John and his team assessed my problems and created a recovery plan that has helped me become more agile and flexible than I’ve ever been in my life.
