We absolutely loved the service. Everyone who helped us was kind and patient. Unfortunately the gear was below our expectations compared to other gear we have rented elsewhere. Bindings on skis made skiing a challenge and ski boots were very uncomfortable. Would not rent here again.
Did a season rental here and was assured by a manager that I would be able to swap out for higher performance boards as I progressed. That was a lie told to secure a sale. They only have LTR learn to ride boards here, which per my steamboat instructor, will hold you back after three or four days of riding. Serious skiers/riders or anyone planning to ride for longer than 4 days can get better equipment for less money by going to christy sports, ski haus or backdoor sports
The employees at Torian sports were very knowledgeable and professional, from setting up 3 pairs of demo skis for my wife to explaining the types of skiing for each. We ended up purchasing an end of season demo ski from these guys at discount, great customer service! Highly recommended.
Thank you to the staff, and specifically Zach, for helping my husband and I with demo skis based on our current abilities and age. We ended up purchasing our demo skis and are very happy with the product and service.
