I love them highly recommend
After several years of not being active due to a shoulder injury, and other things, I was introduced to Torch and I couldn't be happier with the direction we are going. The environment is great, the staff are knowledgeable, caring and supportive. Working with instructor Kevin has been a game changer for me, as Kevin's dedication to my success has resulted in very positive changes in a short period of time.
these guys are awesome. they have been super friendly since the minute i first walked through that door and they definitely know what they are doing. whatever goal you want their mission is to help you reach that goal. they push you to keep trying and not give up. i don’t plan on leaving this place at all and i would highly recommend torch fitness over any other place.
