I would highly recommend Sarah. After having my second baby, I found I was needing to see a womens health physio. The NHS waiting list was 16 months and I had got myself in a state about what was going on for me. I found Sarah and was so pleased to find someone locally that could help me. She ressured me that with commitment my situation would improve. She is professional, very knowledgeable and down to earth. She has helped me massively and I am very grateful to her for that.
I reached out to Sarah when my lower back pain was at its worst, and the experience has been fantastic. She listened carefully to my concerns during our in-depth chat, and the subsequent therapy and exercises have made an incredible difference. It's amazing how much better my back feels now! I can't recommend Sarah highly enough – every moment spent with her was so beneficial.
Sarah is an exceptional therapist. I initially sought her help for neck and lower back stiffness caused by my desk job. Now, I feel significantly more flexible and relaxed. I continue to book appointments to maintain this wonderful progress and wholeheartedly recommend her!
Went to see Sarah for problems with neck and shoulders, Sarah has been lovely she has given me exercises and monitored me to make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly and that I am benefitting from them. She is always very welcoming and gives me 100% attention, the massage is amazing and I will be going back for these on a regular basis. Thank you Sarah my neck and shoulders are so much better. xx
I can’t thank Sarah enough and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Last August after seeing my GP for gynae issues I was told to contact NHS physio. I did only to be told there is a 15 month waiting list. I’m so glad I found Sarah. She has fixed my problem and I know she is there to give advice if I ever need her again.
