Management are a nightmare to deal with. Same issues as others and Mick just loves to ignore emails and calls. Please don't send your loved ones here.
The hotel manager is arrogant and rude! Chefs don't know how to cook something as simple as scrambled eggs and there's no variety! My sister gets the same thing everyday and it looks like canned dog food. THERES NO RESPONSES OR VERY DELAYED REPLIES TO COMPLAINTS
There should be an investigation into how often medications "get lost" and the irony of cutting funding to your own dementia patients and then organising a fundraiser to raise awareness to dementia and then lose your own dementia patient on the same day is idiotic...

EDIT: If you would like to know what you'll be dealing with just check the obvious AI bot replies. Torbay can't even take 2 mins to type out a decent empathetic response. Torbay Retirement Village has seriously declined under new management. Staffing has been drastically cut and the impact on residents is heartbreaking. Vulnerable people are being left neglected, unsupervised, and without timely care. Basic supplies including hygiene and continence products are being rationed, leaving residents uncomfortable and distressed. ... read more
