this place has really gone downhill
Torbay Retirement Village has seriously declined under new management. Staffing has been drastically cut and the impact on residents is heartbreaking. Vulnerable people are being left neglected, unsupervised, and without timely care. Basic supplies including hygiene and continence products are being rationed, leaving residents uncomfortable and distressed.
