I'm sure they do lovely work however the man in the shop is very rude. Spoke to me like an idiot, talked over me and told me to get out and go somewhere else when I was trying to explain what I wanted doing. The lady was nice and explaining what they could do however it wasn't suitable for my situation. --- NOTE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER --- I did NOT think the information you where giving me was rude. John and Eleanor did an absolutely amazing job. Replacing the material on an old family heirloom chair - that we had inherited. I also had a beautiful made to order, small cushion. Which is just the finishing touch! They also went above and beyond, going out of their way to source the material that I had managed to track down. They are the most loviest of people.
