Super friendly people at the 3 locations I have visited. I recommend 11 out of 10.
0 Stars....SLOW!, had to use their ATM...which you had to drive around the building to...Then because I needed something smaller than a 20 went inside, and because I didn't have an account, they couldn't break a 20....not like I brought foreign money in...it came out of your ATM....All I can say is thanks Sheetz for breaking a 20
Do not use this credit union. They have predatory fees for many services. Due to their size they have substantial limitations on available services and just generally willingness to help customers. I will he switching my banking to a new institution as soon as possible.
The teller went above and beyond to assist me with getting a new card. The KG branch employees are stellar and second to none!!!
