They are always so quick and so helpful when I come to the branch and on the phone!
I'm extremely disappointed that, as a disabled veteran with mobility issues, I was told that I had to go inside and order to get a cashier's check cut. I've never had to do that in the past. I wonder what the federal American Disabilities Act law says about this.

During that time I’ve had accounts with numerous banks and credit unions, but none have risen to the level of professionalism and friendliness that Topside exhibits.
