This bank provide worst service bank I have ever used. I signed up wire transfer agreement few months ago but they did not update my online banking for transferring and I called them for this issue but they still did not update my online banking. Definitely I will find another financial institution and never use this bank in my life.
Really disappointed in the communication for loan processing. Was told a report would “take a few days” and had to reach out after more than a week. Amazingly, they happened to have it. When I expressed that my experience was less than ideal, it was completely ignored, no apology, no questions, no concern. Unprofessional.
