Amazing customer service. Bikes were great. Seats were very comfy.
This was a fantastic rental experience! My boyfriend and I rented 2 ebikes for 2 days over the July 4th weekend. They include free delivery and pickup of the equipment. The reservation process was quick and easy and they also send you texts to keep you updated. They really thought of everything and included helmets and a combination lock. The only thing I would have added was a headlight for night rides. The bikes were awesome! Not a single issue. They delivery service was a huge bonus
Forgot my bike locks at home and needed some for vacation. Business had just closed but the owners went out of their way to help us get what we needed. The customer service is above and beyond. The owners are such great people and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for biking needs or rentals.
