Rented two bikes to cruise around the island during our stay. Staff (Lu) was super friendly and helpful with bike selection (we went there in person to try them out, but this is not a requirement of them, just our preference). Filling out the paperwork was simple (all online and completed using my phone). Delivery of bikes was on time and locked so we didn’t have to change our plans to be there. This is a great place to rent e bikes .They made it easy and delivered to the campgrounds we were staying at. We will absolutely rent there again.
