They are the best! Awesome service awesome prices and great people. My son is rough on his bike and every time we need a repair they are willing and able to do so at beyond reasonable prices and excellent service. Highly recommend them!!
I could not have asked for a better first time rental experience with Topsail Surf and Cycle. All questions I had were answered. It was also reassuring that with their expertise, I was also given answers to questions I didn't even know I needed to ask.
Despite the fact that I did not buy a bike from this shop, they have been nothing but helpful. When I stopped in for a repair, they put my needs first. This is one of the very best service experiences I've ever had, and it makes me wonder just how exceptional the treatment would be if I were an actual bike-buying customer!
