I didn't like the fact that the leader announced exactly how much weight each member had gained each week. Seems like an unnecessary, discouraging reminder and not very respectful of people's privacy.

I joined TOPS in July of 2022. It was the best thing I ever did! I will be 58 in Sept. & this is the longest I've lost weight w/out putting it all back on & then some. I get support from the wonderful women (& 1 man) in my group!
