Went in to buy flooring. Lady Asked me if needed help told her what I was looking for. Directed me to part of store. Couldn't be bothered to get up to even help me when I asked a question. So I couldn't be bothered spend my money at thus store. I would recommend going somewhere else. Because there were a few people working but no customer service whatsoever.
Still waiting for my quote. I spoke with Brittany mid June then, I sent her an email with all the details of my kitchen upgrade. She did acknowledge the receipt of this email. Then, nothing. After about 3 weeks, I followed up and she promised the quote that day. Still waiting….. They lost my business. I will go to Charlottetown before I ever go here again. Clearly customer service is not important.
