Our PM (Alliant in Fort Myers) just got them on board to process our quarterly payments and its a 2$ a transaction fee. you would think in today day and age, it would be cheaper than that.

I own an HOA management company. And if I was starting out I would never go with this software! They make promises and get you to switch to the portals then start charging your communities extra fees! Just don’t do it. Find someone that won’t pull these kind of business tactics. There are many HOA management companies looking to leave. Find the Facebook groups that are all talking about how they have done this across the board. Do you research and you will see why nobody is happy anymore.

I can only give TOPS/Enumerate 2 stars at best. While I was excited starting my own business 6 years ago to move from TOPS Pro to ONE, I have been sorely disappointed with the real-time product and especially the support division. Their reply times are so slow, that I have clients waiting weeks to get reports while they take their time "investigating." It messes up downloading lockboxes almost every month.
