My issue is not with the software but rather their monthly bookkeeping services, I hired them in May 2025, to handle the bookkeeping for our 391 unit condo association and advised them of issues that needed correction, 6 month later issues still not resolved, they are 2-3 month behind in financial statements presentations bank recs and general accounting, very poor communication , zero help with our budgets. Will be exploring other companies in 2026 if they don’t get their act together.
welp based on the reviews here, they are all true 100% - this is coming from an actual homeowner using this ridiculous system. They can't even get a simple ACH input form correct and their "portal" fails on bank setup, displays an error! At the very least offer a MANUAL, SNAIL MAIL option! incompetence at it's best here.
The handling of issues no longer exist. The support department does not pick up the phone. The email responses to a submitted request takes day's and the response from them does not make any sense. Every single time they do a "New Release", another part of the software breaks down. The one thing they are consistent with is breaking their own software and most of the time they know it, and they don't communicate it with the customers. Worst customer service I've experienced.
Why do not have people who can help with issues with the program? You used to have professionals who you would pay to come onsite to help out. Just having the help online only doesn't cut it. You have no phone numbers to call our Rep to just talk things out. I have used TOPs for over 25 years and never had so many issues with onboarding that I'm having now. Steve B
