I was looking to get a complete custom interior made for my car. I was told several times at the beginning by Cindy at Tops Inc. that it would take 3 months to complete. It actually took 11 aggravating months. My car sat there untouched for 6 months before they finally began to do some work on it. I was not allowed to see my car while it was there, except for one time after it had been there for 7 months. In general, I'd grade the quality of work a B. If you are considering Tops inc. you better have a good Lawyer, back up for whatever interior parts you might have given them and money to throw away. Four months ago I was blackmailed into writing a positive review in the hopes that they might return my interior, finished or not. David's was excellent fifteen years ago but he is now just a thief.
