This is my neighborhood store but it a lot of things they do not have or be out of
I had a very disappointing experience using the bottle return at this Tops location. The bottle return room was filthy, smelled awful, and the floor was covered in dirt. There are only three machines (one each for glass, plastic, and cans), and every single one was full and out of service. When we went to ask for assistance, it took quite a while for someone to come. I was new to the area so I stopped in here to do grocery shopping. The employees are standing at their registers talking not paying attention to customers some are on their phones some have headphones in ears. I thought this was a business and not a playground.
Expensive, and when there's sales, on shelve prices it seems they jack them up, so the sale is really a sale, pointless.
