Went to go my weekly shopping today, lots of empty shelves?? Also, a 12 pack of Activia Yogurt expires in 6 days. Hope you like to eat yogurt with every meal! Fresh salmon expires in 2 days. How long has that been sitting around?? Manager was receptive to my concerns. Guess I’ll have to shop elsewhere or waste time checking all the dates on Tops items! Tops on Niagara Falls Blvd and Robinson Rd in Amherst.

I had a very disappointing experience using the bottle return at this Tops location. The bottle return room was filthy, smelled awful, and the floor was covered in dirt. There are only three machines (one each for glass, plastic, and cans), and every single one was full and out of service. When we went to ask for assistance, it took quite a while for someone to come. After pulling the bins out, there were bottles and debris all over behind them, which made it obvious the area hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We w... read more
