I went in for a "deal" they had and they had ran out of some of the products. I was unaware of this until after i check out and realized that my bill was alot higher then i tought since i only really had to pay for the meat becuase everything on the deal was "FREE" well after much running around on my part and dealing with a manager who had no clue about the products, they wouldn't sub a different product and then i had to wait at coustomer care for a Rain check. i was so frustrated after my experience. Very friendly staff. I wanted to order lunch and decided on a sub so I went to carry out and they made me one fresh to order. Seemed very busy and short on staff yet they still were friendly And fast. The prices could be lower but they are lower then others in the area.
Nice and clean
I am disgusted with this store and will never return. I am a Marine Corps veteran and was totally embarrassed and treated like a door mat by one of the owners this morning. I simply went in to cash a payroll check, like every monday morning on my way to work when the owner told me " No, Im not cashing checks anymore, go get a bank account, tough, and pointed me toward the door. Recently shopped at your store and had a very pleasant experience on both visits. The most recent I left my Tops card home and explained it to both the customer service and the checkout person, they were both very cordial and accomodating. Thank you, it saved me a trip home and return visit. On another note, I was unable to fill the survey out, just letting you know that your would have been given an excellent mark. Deli meat is hit and miss because they don't sell it fast enough

Great place to shop. Newly renovated and expanded. Great small store. Has pretty much everything you need. Great and freindly workers. Very recommended!!!
