Went to the Walworth TOPS today for the first; usually go to the Ontario store. I have 3 complaints. No. 1 -- The FRESHLY baked bagels on sale with the coupon were frozen. No. 2 -- The kid packing my groceries packed $120. worth of groceries in 2 TOPS bags. I had given him 4 bags. It is obvious that my husband and I are senior citizens; being 81 and 77. The bags were so heavy we had to rebag them to get them from the cart into car. These 2 bags contained a 1/2 gallon of milk and 2 64 ounce bottles of juice. No. 3 -- it was s... read more

Comically overpriced, old, lazy grannies at the self checkout that yell instead of walking up to assist you.

I generally like shopping at this location because of the variety in the bakery. I grabbed a bagel and was going to also get coffee and sit in their Cafe area but they would not honor the prices listed on the wall and didn't seem like they would take down the sign. They said it was for different coffee that they no longer sell. Then why leave a misleading sign up? The sitting area is great. They have several tables, a microwave and a tv usually playing the news. Just need to remove the sign or honor the prices listed. A larg... read more
