Staff very friendly, and they refer you to the new menu boards for price info, unlike the other deli departments in other markets everywhere.
I'm always impressed with the service at this Tops. From the cashiers to the service desk its quick and professional. Everyone is cheery and makes eye contact and is knowledgeable. I do think that Tops prices are too high overall, but that has nothing to do with the employees so I'm happy to stop in to grab and item or two when I don't feel like driving all the was to Aldi.
