TWICE now, I've went to the Tops Camillus store to retrieve my Instacart order. The first time, after checking in, they never came out to my car in a reasonable amount of time. I called them after waiting about 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. I finally got through to the deli and they patched me to the manager, who brought out my order. It's a typical chain grocery store. Better service than Wegmans with slightly less selection. Clean and orderly.
