A pleasant shopping experience I have lived on Grand Island for 47 years and have shopped at Tops for 45 years. The cashiers are very friendly, the Manager very personable and the produce very fresh, and when available they buy their produce from local farm markets such as Eden, NY
Tops sold me rotted fish I bought fish from Tops in Erie, 38th Street, yesterday 7/29/10 and today I was about to cook it when I realized that the fish is rotted. YUK. I wonder how long they had the fish sitting in the showcase? That is disgusting.
Quality Market is just fine with me re: to rk, "not so good".
Very good Tops and several coupon friendly employees This Tops is well-managed. I shop here frequently for my weekly groceries. I love the double coupons and most cashiers don't hassle one with coupons. I have several favorite cashiers because they really understand coupons and encourage rather than discourage the use of them. This store is always well stocked and clean. Only negative is the bathrooms. I know they get a lot of use, so maintanence should be kept up a little better.
great This store is great! The prices are good and about what you would find at a main store. The produce is always fresh and so is their meat products. I love shopping at this store when I'm in town.
One stop shopping This is a convenient place to go for groceries if you live or are staying on the north end of town. Howeve, you might find it better to go to Hannafords only a short ride away. The products at this Grand Union seem to be left out for awhile and can be past the experation date. I would highly reccommend closely examining the product before purchasing.
Quality Markets The people are real freindly and fast.They have weekly specials and they are good at times. I love this store. The store is a clean store and we know most of the employees.
Convenient and Clean Good mix of products for a smaller store including bulk foods, a floral shop and a Blockbuster video. Just added a gas station in the parking lot which makes it a little more crowded. Pricing and signage is sometimes an issue otherwise it would be 4 stars~
Tops Tops Market is right up the street from my house. I used to go here all the time until Wally World opened up down the street. The prices aren't the cheapest and the variety of products available isn't wide. The store is reasonably clean, they do sell delicious pizza in their hot foods section, and they do double coupons, sometimes even triple. The service isn't smile in your face friendly, but it isn't rude either.
