You can't do self checkout anymore if you have more than 20 items, even when there's no one amongst the 12 or so empty registers. I'm glad you're so anal about the 8 extra items I had in my cart. I've never seen this overwhelmed because of the size of a person's order, so I can't say I understand the decision. If the volume is an issue, maybe some of them should be 20 items or less and not all. I don't mind waiting my turn. Ridiculous and unnecessary policy.

Yeah this location absolutely sucks. Go up to pay a bill and get hit with "yeah and so does everyone else in hamburg". What exactly do you mean by that??!!!????? I'm here to pay a bill. Take my money, and get it where it needs to go. Absolutely no reason for the attitude I received yesterday.

Yeah I won't be back to this location. The girls on register 8 were super nasty for no reason. Took advantage of the buy 2 get 3 sodas. I offered to move them and did everything I could as a customer to make it easier for the cashier. What I don't like is the eye rolls and constant laughing. Was it at me? No idea but like you're there to work so cool it. Would it kill anyone to say "you too" when the customers wish you a good night? If you're having a bad day don't say anything but at the same time maybe don't roll your eyes... read more

Went last year to buy a lobster for my mother's birthday. I was told their steamer was "broken" and had to go to a different store. Amazingly, I went exactly a year later to buy my mother a lobster for her birthday again and was told it was broken again or still. It's almost like their employees in that department don't want to steam lobsters.
