Standing in line at Tops customer service for 10 to 15 minutes while Spanish speaking people get a bunch of money orders. The customer service person is constantly going on his phone asking Siri how do you say this in Spanish. No management around no one concerned One guy already left the line in a huff because he didn't want to wait anymore. Customer service is not even a thing anymore. I hope the store manager sees this and knows that is night crew is not great!
Always a great deal to be found. My go to spot for grilling meat. Great produce quality. Great bakery deals.
I am very disappointed with the associate’s attitude in tops . I come here often for myself & customer orders when I shop for them but I might not ever come back here . I just came in today to do an order for a customer & I couldn’t find a specific item that is in the meat isle . I swear I scanned the aisles as good as I can ,& couldn’t find it .
