I want to start off by saying that this TOPS has an amazing staff, every single employee has gone above and beyond for me. I cannot thank you all enough for how kind that I have been treated at your location.
Watch your dates at this location, we purchased Snack pack Pudding on August 5th ‘25, and it was expired in August’24, they did make it right just check your dates!!!
A little vent about Tops in LeRoy, there are some fantastic people that work there and they are not the problem as usual it is management. Not 1 register open on a Sunday and those self checkouts are a joke and don't work and I am not getting paid to check out my purchase. So talking with a few people today they have purposely cut their hours and most are quitting and who can blame them cut to 4 hours a week . Rant over.....
