I've been shopping at this store since 2018 and it was pretty decent up until covid hit I think. Something changed then and I've been seeing a drop in quality especially when it comes to fruits and veggies which i usually buy a lot. Often times they are just bad, unconditioned for some reason, if shop myself i can handle that, but if i order a delivery it's pretty much a lottery. I don't know what happened to them..

Store is always very neat and very organized. My only problem is at the self check outs. There are 8 check outs and only 4bopen with generally 4 or 5 people waiting in each line. The self check outs closest to the floral dept or always closed. Can't say I understand why they aren't open all the time to make it quicker for customers to check out.

A lady who works on Friday evening, she is just so rude and her attitude made me upset. I was just taking a picture of a balloon and she screamed at me to not to take pictures inside. Do not yell at customers

I've been shopping here for 20 years. TWENTY YEARS. The staff are miserable and rude for no reason. There's nothing friendly about this place anymore.

That paints a pretty gnarly picture—like the produce section moonlights as a compost pile. If the fruits and veggies are consistently that bad, it’s a huge red flag.
