Had the pleasure of dealing with Nasser and Penny on a recent closing. He was quick to respond to my call, took all the information over the phone and asked me to submit the application. That same evening he told me what the deal would look like. I received an approval within 48 hours. This deal had been previously declined by 2 other mortgage brokers, so I was very impressed. The deal closed without any issues or surprises. Nasser was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend him!!
