This is such a great store. A selection of every pack that Topo makes as well as a great selection of their clothing. There are also several other brands of camping and everyday accessories. I was stuck deciding between two packs for a solid twenty minutes. EJ suggested a third and I decided on that one almost immediately. Thank you for your patience and help!
Great customer service. EJ helped me so much. Answered all of my questions. I was able to buy what I wanted on sale. Looking forward to using my TOPO luggage.
Ordered a sweater delivered to Spain. Ordered it sent to a pick up point. Sent an email right after order to confirm pick up point since undeliverable to my residence. Then I receive an email from chronopost that the package was unable to be delivered to my address (which is why I chose a pick up point). When I emailed topo, first return email is we are busy will be delayed response. When they did respond it was to tell me it was my fault package not delivered because the address was incomplete. Really cool, tiny shop in the River North District of Denver. Great selection of well designed, sustainably made products from a local Denver brand. The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful.
