Everyone is a professional in every aspect . My first visit I had to have a walker. I was very unstable. Third visit no walker, but a cane. and I would expect to be away from the cane within the next week. Also, I want to add the fact that they listen to you and your problems then they come up with a program to meet my personal needs. How good is that?

I came in with a painful, tight, imbalanced hip that had arthritis. Through Topline, my hip is pain free, loose, and stronger. I left with a healthy workout routine that will continue the progress I made. Super happy.
