I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I initially reached out yesterday, and he assured me that he would call back. However, I never received a call. When I followed up today, instead of being helpful, He wants to know the story behind your previous tax return guy. His unprofessional demeanor was quite off-putting, and I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone. I was referred to him by a family friend, which makes the whole experience even more disappointing.
