I opened a checking and savings account with this bank in early May after my 87-year-old mother, who has been a customer for over 15 years, highly recommended them. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing like hers. It is now almost July, and I still have not received my account information or my debit or credit cards despite having to call customer service at least five or six times.
