A couple of weeks ago I went into this credit Union with a $20 bill to get two rolls of quarters for laundry I was told by one of the tellers that "unless I was a member"they do not exchange money for money???? Unbelievable!!! I've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my entire life. I wasn't asking for a loan... I didn't want to break $100 bill... I was simply asking for two rolls of quarters and was turned away. Absolutely disgusting
This branch is amazing in customer service. I always walk in and am greeted with a smile and my questions are always promptly answered. I love being a member of Topline because of the employees in this branch!!
Great place to bank 24 hour atm outside, very nice staff happy and easy to help assist you. Great fraud protection.
Charges late fees for services you didn't receive and allow late fees for transactions days later and only allows a few reversals based on bs. They're good for slapping them fees on there when the money was available but they take days to process transactions. Never know what your true balance is and takes days for account to show as accurate. And don't make a mistake of sending money via venmo or cashapp during the weekend, takes them 3 days to process a simple money transfer.
