I would give this place zero Stars. Highly recommend not using this place I mean how can you trust a bank who uses a different bank's ATMs. Pray to God... When you use their ATM it doesn't print you out street driver's receipt that says this machine doesn't take your card. Whatever they will take the money off the card and they won't give it back to you they will try to say that the transaction went through the cash .. was dispensed to you. Lovely altitude towards customers
A couple of weeks ago I went into this credit Union with a $20 bill to get two rolls of quarters for laundry I was told by one of the tellers that "unless I was a member"they do not exchange money for money???? Unbelievable!!! I've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my entire life. I wasn't asking for a loan... I didn't want to break $100 bill... I was simply asking for two rolls of quarters and was turned away. Absolutely disgusting
