Recommend do not do business with Topline or the owner Dax Neech. Paid $659 for watch on 7 May. On 21 May received email saying can’t supply and refund will be processed in 7-10 days. Now 10 June and still no refund and no response to emails I have sent. Phone is disconnected. Reading other reviews sounds like we’re all in same boat. I’m in Perth, so trying to establish if they’ve gone out of business? I see a post on their Instagram on 17th May

I ordered a Garmin Forerunner from Topline Cycles on 6 May, was updated two days later that it was actually out of stock and an order had been placed, was updated again on 10 May that it would arrive from the supplier in 48 hours, then in 12 May that it had arrived. I then heard nothing until 21 May when I was told the order was being cancelled and I would receive a refund in 7-10 working days. It is now 8 June and despite me sending three emails to follow up, I have so far received no reply. Not sure whether it is just real... read more

I am another person who purchased a garmin watch, late april and was told on 2 occasions it was being sent out, then told issues with garmin had occurred and a refund would be processed, until now nothing has been refunded, no reply to emails, phone off the hook and disgusting customer service. The least they could do is be transparent with customers who theyve done wrong by. Tom shugg not sure if ul see this but i too would like to look into legal action for this disgusting customer service and robbery.
