Nathan, Tim and Warren are fantastic to deal with and have become the only trustworthy shop for me in the last 5 years. Really friendly service, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough bike servicing and always willing to go above and beyond. Bike goes in worn out, comes out better than new each and every time thanks to some of Tim's wizardry with tools! I ordered a bike helmet online for my mum's birthday with express shipping. When using the online checkout, it estimated around 4-6 days delivery for express, and as the birthday was 10 days away, I was hoping for the best. I was however, aware that it was cutting it a little close, and was fine if it arrived a little late.
