I just refinanced my Loan with Shay/Top Choice, first time in about 6 loans to use a new broker. Shay has fantastic responsiveness, and helped navigate all the Lender Requirements for COVID-19, and we got the loan done completely in 14 days (could have been 9 had the lender not requested multiple additional documents due to COVID-19). All in all quite pleased.
