We made an appointment to get our marriage license signed as the service was advertised on the website. Came all the way from Chicago, they signed it and when we returned it to the county clerk office, they rejected the document saying that notary is not a registered officiant title. After we called back to the notary and asked if they were registered as an officiant they told us that they weren’t. We ended up waisting several hours and had to be urgently looking for someone who can do it for us last minute. This is false ad... read more
