There were a lot of hurdles to overcome to complete the refinance on one home and purchase another. Despite that, Todd stuck with me and we worked together to make it happen (mostly, Todd made it happen!).
If you are pursuing refinancing or a mortgage for a home purchase you have to talk with Todd. We worked with Todd on two refinance opportunities which have lowered our monthly payments significantly. The process was seamless, during our second refinance we didn't even leave our home and paperwork was reduced to a few signatures. It was both easy to do and understand. HIs monthly updates on the state of the housing market and lending rates are a demonstration of his excellent client support which we appreciate.
