If I could rate 0 stars I would! Not only was I disappointed with the "work" that was done, but the gentleman was very snippy. Arrogant and domineering type of individual, doesn't make for good customer satisfaction!
My husband and I should have read the more recent reviews! Horrible work and a very nasty man! One word... karma! It will come back to bite the owner! How can anyone take advantage of the elderly with a clear conscience? I would not recommend! Take your business elsewhere!
Vaughn is a VERY nasty unprofessional man. He is very short and had absolutely no patience for my 80 year old mother. He even called me the C word when I called him on the phone. UPDATE: Apparently you have me confused with someone else... We reside in an apartment building there is no driveway. And yes you did call my mother that horrible word. I heard it myself! Horrible excuse for a "man". Maybe you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed but I find you to be a disgusting excuse of a person it's inexcusable!
